My PhD is in Animal Nutrition. I have written the updated chapter on honeybee nutrition in "The Hive and the Honey Bee" which is considered the Bible of beekeeping. I have developed one of the top selling protein supplements for honeybees. I also teach the nutrition section of the Master Beekeepers Course through the University of Montana - I have been able to go through the entire Master Beekeeper course several times. I served as past as President of Mississippi Valley Beekeepers Assn in Quincy, Illinois and of Illinois State Beekeepers Association. I had an apiary in Illinois and have kept bees for 15 years.
