Destination: Goat Island!

You'll depart from Myron Grove at 3pm Saturday, float and paddle downstream on the Missouri River until you reach Goat Island (on the river between SD and NE) where you can hike, swim, build a sand castle, look for fossils, view the sunken steam ship The Northern Alabama, enjoy a bonfire, and camp overnight!

Kayaks, paddles, life vests, basic supplies, tents with floor mats, dinner and breakfast will ALL be provided for you. Pampered Campers! You'll just pack clothes, water, drinks, snacks, bedding, and your camera to capture the fun, flora, fauna of the day.

Beautiful views, native flowers, memories await. Sunday, you'll enjoy breakfast then paddle on downstream to the Clay County Boat Ramp exit. You'll be shuttled back to your vehicle at Myron Grove with a recharged and refreshed soul and stories to tell. Ages 18 & up.

*This is Primitive camping, there are no facilities, pack in-pack out.
