Modeling isn’t just a job for the people you see in magazines or on the runways in Paris! Just about every flyer, product promotion, TV commercial, brochure, and Facebook ad has a person’s picture on it. That person is a model! Businesses need models of every age, height, size, shape, ethnicity, personality and more! Said differently… there are businesses out there that need YOU! In this class we will talk about the modeling industry and how to start your journey, we will go over posing and camera presence, and we will have time to practice in a real life professional studio… and send you away with a headshot of your own! Ages 9 & up (under 16 with adult).

Josh Sweets
Josh and Maggie Sweets own, operate, feature professional photo shoots, and instruct classes West Sioux Studios. Our photography studio is a little bit different than the average studio in that it is completely open to the public by appointment! We currently have two fully stocked professional studios with lighting, props, backdrops, and seating for local hobbyists, amateurs, or professional photographers to book an hour at a time, or to join us as a member and receive open access to the space.
