The practice of Karate benefits youth in all aspects of life. Help you child build confidence, self control and physical fitness through this fun and exciting class. Through the practice of basics (Kihon), forms (kata) and application (bunki), your child begin their journey of martial arts with a Sensei Herreman and his team of experienced instructors. Come learn one of the oldest forms of martial arts in the world. Uniforms available for purchase. Ages 5 & up.
