B&B Moments -Turkey Dinner Prep - Your First Turkey Dinner

Are you ready to try roasting a turkey and make a pumpkin pie this year? If so, this class is for you. You will learn how to prepare your turkey and all the do's and don'ts of stuffing the bird along with a discussion and recipes on various side dishes. To complete this wonderful meal-you will make and bake a pumpkin pie. When you head home, the hard part will be over, all you will need to do is turn on the oven, roast your turkey and wait! * You'll need to purchase a frozen turkey, any size, place the frozen bird in your frig to defrost three days before class, and on the day of class bring a roasting pan and your turkey with you. Bon Appetite!  Ages 16 & up.

She loves sharing her Victorian all-season spa, torchlight croquet, evening bonfires, pumpkin carriage rides, fresh garden produce, berry picking, bird watching, star gazing, special event receptions, and small weddings. Lonette opened her Bed & Breakfast 30 years ago since has published her custom cookbook titled My Signature Dish.
