Take your baking to the next level, mastering vegan donuts and decadent chocolate cake. These recipes will feature wholesome ingredients like protein and vitamin-rich alternative flours and natural sweeteners. Participants will practice using a piping bag, zesting lemons, and drizzling homemade probiotic glaze. All recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined-sugar free, and flavor FULL. :) Ages 16 & Up. **Grain-Free Baking Part I is a prerequisite for this class.

Rachel DeBoer
Rachel is a registered nurse who is passionate about supporting others to find true health and flourishing at home. After spending ten years battling autoimmune disease and chronic pain herself, she embarked on a journey of natural healing which led her to the garden and the kitchen. In collaboration with functional medicine practitioners, health coaches, and herbalists, Rachel has since taught nutrition, cooking, and gardening techniques to support healthier people and a healthier planet at farmers markets, schools, and in diverse communities throughout New Jersey. She is excited to share her fresh flavor and fresh perspective with her hometown community of Sioux Falls.
