Reminiscing about Grandma’s treats or curious what these traditional scandinavian desserts are all about? Learn how to prepare these simple old-world recipes and master the art of using the Krumkake iron and frying the Rosettes. Pass along the heritgae and indulge in these light and airy, melt-in-your-mouth desserts from years ago. The best classroom moments will be the a-ha of using the irons and taking a break to share and enjoy these mouth-watering delicacies. Ages 16 & up.

Lonette opened her Bed & Breakfast 30 years ago since has published her custom cookbook titled My Signature Dish.
