Pipe it on! You will receive recipes, learn tips and techniques to create the best frosting for all your decorating needs, the art of design and fun working with a frosting bag, and the many ways to use decorating tips. You will playfully decorate freestyle on cupcakes, share ideas with your fellow students, and when the evening is finished you will be ready to advance and learn the next step -layer, fill, frost and decorate your own amazing cakes. For help with this next step check out my other class, "Cake Decorating, 102—how to layer, fill, frost and decorate a cake." Remember to bring a take home container for your beautiful cupcakes! Ages 14 & up.

She loves sharing her Victorian all-season spa, torchlight croquet, evening bonfires, pumpkin carriage rides, fresh garden produce, berry picking, bird watching, star gazing, special event receptions, and small weddings. Lonette opened her Bed & Breakfast 30 years ago since has published her custom cookbook titled My Signature Dish.
