Compassionate communication teaches you 12 strategies that have been scientifically shown to develop your interpersonal skills with anyone in almost any setting, personal or professional. With higher levels of openness, trust and rapport, you'll be able to eliminate conflicts before they begin. By learning how to discuss difficult topics, you'll lower your stress and irritability which will lead to more satisfaction in your relationships. Relationships are one of the most important things in our life and compassionate communication is one of the best ways to enhance and protect those relationships.
