Set out to discover the five boroughs of NYC. Your excursion involves an instructor led, engaging book study about an 11 year old boy whose father was killed after 9/11, leaving behind a mysterious key. His search for what it unlocks takes him on a fascinating journey through the five boroughs of NYC, finding unexpected treasures along the way. In the final class, watch the movie and compare! The book, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer, is included and an optional actual NYC trip add-on will be discussed for those who wish to take this book study to the next level and see the big apple in person next summer!
