Apply basic techniques for weaving in the round to make a small basket with a colorful spiral pattern. You’ll learn how to make an overlap base for your foundation and then build and shape your basket using several different weaves to create the spiral. Finally, complete the rim and your basket is ready for your gift giving, phone holding, flower pot; or let the Easter bunny add rafia, chocolates, soaps, or bath bombs! This is a beginner-friendly class. Approx. 7" basket/varies with weave. Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting wet. Plan 9a-1 or 2pm, students will finish at different times. 16 & up.
