Preserving food through canning has always been an important tradition in food preservation! While this technique is fairly simple, there are steps and safety concerns that should be respected. In this fun, interactive class you will learn everything you need to know! A hands-on opportunity will be provided at each step of the way while preparing a jar of jam to take home! Ages 8-17.
