Whether it's for a formal dinner, Thanksgiving treat, or holiday dessert; your own unique crust will put beauty and fun into your next pie. Together we will share new recipes and tips as we make a single filling pie from scratch. The main focus will be on the new trend setting finishes to the top crust of your delicious pie. You will learn to roll out the dough and create your own artistically designed presentation using various types of lattice work, braids and cut outs of leaves, flowers and other unique ideas. Enjoy dessert and cup of tea, before taking your show stopping pie home to treat the family!
*Bring a pie pan or tin.

Join your friends and come for an interesting delectable evening. She loves sharing her Victorian all-season spa, torchlight croquet, evening bonfires, pumpkin carriage rides, fresh garden produce, berry picking, bird watching, star gazing, special event receptions, and small weddings. Lonette openend her Bed & Breakfast 30 years ago since has published her custom cookbook titled My Signature Dish.
