Explore a unique, creative way of displaying meats, cheese, crackers, fruits, and vegetables for your next party table. A charcuterie board is an artistic statement piece and you are the designer!
For this class we will create a classroom board and each student will assemble a Graham Cracker cottage for use in this adventure in eating. When this work of art is finished, and after all the exciting pictures, we will graze! After this tasty evening you will take your cute little cottage, and all the ideas learned home with you to be the inspiration for your next Holiday Charcuterie board.

Lonette opened her Bed & Breakfast 30 years ago since has published her custom cookbook titled My Signature Dish.
