There's nothing more delicious than fresh pasta and making it yourself is much easier than you might think. Create the perfect pasta dough by hand, which can be the base for endless variations and shapes. Then you'll create a flavorful, complementary sauce to pair with your handcrafted noodles. Spark your passion for pasta by learning the techniques for creating it from scratch and make tasty and satisfying new dishes. Chef Stacy will instruct using a pasta roller that is used to roll your handmade pasta dough into thin sheets of pasta. You can use an available pasta roller at class, bring your own, or choose the option to include a new pasta roller to take home when you register.
