Ditch the dance shoes and grab those tennies! Get ready to dance your pants off! Shake up your workout routine with a fun, new heart rate raiser. Bring your tennis shoes, light to medium handweights, mat, and water. No partners needed for this class, but bring a friend or make a new one at class. Ages 14 and up.
