Using our modern day advantage, we can now buy frozen Phyllo dough to create culinary treats. This delicate flaky already prepared dough is a little misunderstood as it is used for appetizers or desserts but it can do so much more. Perfect for a spring brunch, or special luncheon, quick and easy to use; it became a hit over the years at the Bed and Breakfast. You will be working with the pastry as we share simple tips and recipes on how to handle, work with and create new ways of using the dough. After you have prepared the savory or sweet offerings we will taste and share conversation over a cup of tea.
*Bring a 9x9 baking pan and a take home container.
