Do it all with the company, accountability and support of new friends and an experienced jump roper to help you correct common jumping mistakes and teach you a few cool tricks. Come to our fun weekly jump class and level up your fitness by participating in the month long daily jump challenge! All fitness levels welcome! Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes for this outdoor adult playground class. Rope will be provided and sized for you.
