Using our modern day advantage, we can now buy frozen Phyllo dough to create culinary treats. This delicate flaky already prepared dough is a little misunderstood as it is used for appetizers or desserts but it can do so much more. Perfect for a brunch, or special luncheon, holiday party - quick and easy to use; it became an all around hit over the years at the Bed and Breakfast. Learn tips, tricks, and recipes on how to handle, work with and create new ways of using the dough. Ages 16 & up.

Lonette opened her Bed & Breakfast 30 years ago since has published her custom cookbook titled My Signature Dish.
