Master the art and science of baking with alternative flours, natural sweeteners, and healthy fats to serve crowd-pleasing creations everyone will feel good eating. This class will cover the essentials for a grain-free baking pantry, featuring almond flatbread crackers and perfect savory rolls.

Rachel DeBoer
Rachel is a registered nurse who is passionate about supporting others to find true health and flourishing at home. After spending ten years battling autoimmune disease and chronic pain herself, she embarked on a journey of natural healing which led her to the garden and the kitchen. In collaboration with functional medicine practitioners, health coaches, and herbalists, Rachel has since taught nutrition, cooking, and gardening techniques to support healthier people and a healthier planet at farmers markets, schools, and in diverse communities throughout New Jersey. She is excited to share her fresh flavor and fresh perspective with her hometown community of Sioux Falls.
