*Summer Internship Registration forms can be received through the student's School Counselor and are due back to their counselor by May 1, 2021. * Students must be an incoming Junior or Senior for Fall 2021 and 16 years of age by June 1, 2021 to
participate.
* Students are responsible for their own transportation to the CTE Academy and to their internship
site.
* Mandatory classroom portion June 7th to 9th - from 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.
* Internship courses are 1 full credit.
* Students will need to complete 120 total verified hours of classroom instruction and time at the
internship site as well as required assignments.
* Internship site placement will be coordinated by the Internship Coordinator.
* The student's existing employment cannot be used as his/her internship site.
* Internships may be paid or unpaid.
