Professional Chef Certification - Practice & Exam
Differentiate yourself by proving your culiary competency! Demonstrate your skill, knowledge, and professionalism to the food industry. Practice session will prepare you with the skills to complete this prestigious and challenging American Culinary Federation Practical Cooking exam. The ACF offers thirteen levels of certification from Certified Culinarian to Certified Executive Chef. Certified Chef examiners from South Dakota and the region will be involved in this unique opportunity.
Thursday, November 9th - Practice Session 4:00 - 8:00 PM
Friday, November 10th - ACF Practical Exam 7AM - NOON
