French Confections - Scandaleux Cream Puffs & Éclairs!

Join Chef Stacy for light and airy French confections using pastry dough to form cream puffs and chocolate éclairs! Create cream puffs, round and fat, filled with whipped cream and dusted with a blizzard of confectioners' sugar. Then pipe the batter into longer ropes to create log-shaped éclairs, ready to be filled with pastry cream, and drizzled with chocolate icing. Scandaleux - Sinful! Please bring a small container with lid.
