Meditation: An Afternoon of Peace

This workshop is designed to allow beginners or experienced practitioners to fall into the deep relaxation that can only come by spending hours in meditative practice. Explore various techniques that take you from sitting, to lying down comfortably, to standing and walking. Much of what is used in our meditation series is incorporated into this single workshop - but in a package that allows you to devote only one afternoon to learning the techniques and then continue at home. Bring a yoga mat (if you have one), a blanket, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 1 washcloth, & a desire to find inner peace!
