What Are We Making for Supper?
Empower your children to eat right...by their choice! Introducing flourless baking as a more filling, healthier option which aids in slower digestion. Learn the recipes and secrets of Bizzy Lizzy Flourless Breakfast Cookies along with a few variations of this easy cookie mix. Demonstration class but will incorporate some students in the process from breaking eggs, to measuring, stirring, and scooping. While cookies are baking, small groups will make Bizzy Lizzy Flourless Pizzas! Tasting will be a highlight and pizzas will be ready to take and bake! Menu is not gluten free and will be using nuts/peanut butter. Ages 9 - 13 years.
