Luca's gnocchi recipe has minimal ingredients - boiled, starchy russet potatoes combined with a minimal amount of flour and a bit of salt. Also on the evening's menu - Pici, a thick, hand-rolled pasta typically made from flour and water only. Enjoy this demonstration and tasting of two of Italy's made-from-scratch traditional noodles!
