Uff Da! The Lost Art of Lefse Making
Join us for this hands-on Scandinavian holiday tradition - the making of the lefse! This treat is an unsophisticated, potato-based recipe and the way it’s served is equally rustic. Simply smear one side of the lefse bread with good quality butter, sprinkle sugar over the top, a dash of cinnamon, roll and eat! Using a lefse griddle, rolling pin and turning stick, you will have a chance to rollout and cook a half dozen peices to take home - plenty of tasting too! Become the master of the lefse everyone in town will covet during the Holiday season! Uff Da!!! ($10.00 supply fee payable to instructor at class.)
