A Study in American Cuisine-Turkey, Dressing, and Gravy
Join Chef John Noel Gilbertson for an evening of cooking and learning the basics. All classes are hands-on instruction. Sign up for each class separately. ($12 supply fee payable to instructor) We will discuss selecting a turkey as well as roasting and dressing the great bird. We will also prepare accompaniments and sides for this uniquely American feast!
