Let's celebrate an Italian Christmas! Join Italy native Luca Papini as he shares his secret family recipes. This demonstration class features lasagne, spezzatino con polenta e funghi, insalata di finocchi e arance, e dolce albero di Natale! This will be a charming night of cooking, eating, and sharing ideas on the Christmas holiday and menu! (Menu Translation: lasagna, pork stew with polenta and mushrooms, fennel and orange salad, and a sweet Christmas tree for dessert!)
