Yin Yoga with Tibetan Singing Bowls - Introduction
Join certified sound therapist Deb Yoder to increase your flexibility while relaxing your body! Influenced by Chinese medicine, yin involves the energy meridians in the body, working with the connective tissue, joints and organs and allowing the body to relax, moving more easily. Learn the techniques of Yin Yoga holding each pose for three to five minutes, encouraging the body to release deeply into the stretch. The final pose, savasana, is done to the accompaniment of the Tibetan singing bowls to create a deep state of relaxation as the body rejuvenates itself.
