Monday Funday! Get your toes tapping and your arms swinging and beat along to the rhythm in this entertaining take on music fitness! Sit or stand while using an exercise ball and drum sticks to tap along to fun music and pound on a quiet, low resistance, bouncy drum (ball). No experience or musical skills needed. Balls & sticks available to use at class. Snack and water after your ‘workout’. The last class left wanted MORE - join them to find out why! Come to one or all sessions listed for one price.
